Policies in this manual include biohazardous waste, cleaning of equipment and surfaces, emergency preparedness and continuity plan, equipment failures, equipment failure defective tag, equipment, supply, & medication recalls, recall notice log, fire prevention and response, fire drill form, monthly fire extinguisher check log, infection control and prevention, personal protective equipment, physical safety, safety, supply storage, supply storage checklist, and utility systems disruptions.
