It’s going to take every single one of us to bring about the changes we all want for Urgent Care.

Help us fight for you. Become a UCAdvocate.

As Urgent Care has become a major player in the delivery of healthcare, we’ve recognized the need to ensure that we are always included in national, state and local planning that affects us — and that means Advocacy.

We had our first meeting with CMS leaders (primarily hospital and ambulatory payment group) on September 19, 2023 — it went well and they provided us with different suggestions on how to best accomplish our goal of improved reimbursement for Urgent Care. Our next meeting with them is in November.

As you work on your 2024 budget, we ask you to set aside some money to contribute to UCA’s Advocacy efforts. This investment supports the constant effort and lobbying required to make this national-level change.

Thank you to our UCAdvocates
