UCA is governed by a Board of Directors with daily operations executed by our staff.
A new class of Directors is elected annually with new members being announced at the Annual Urgent Care Convention each spring. Each Director serves a three-year term, and can serve up to two consecutive terms. Board Officers are elected by the Directors.
