​An employee’s first 90 days sets expectations for performance and also is the most critical time for building commitment to your culture and model for care. This interactive course will cover tactical suggestions for instilling your core values and expectations from day one including how to build an effective onboarding experience, measure new employee attitudes and beliefs, and ultimately retain top performers. Urgent cares include a diversity of employees from Physicians and Physician Assistants to front desk employees and medical assistants. We will cover evidence-based strategies for each position. The session will start with participants reflecting on their practice’s most salient core values and beliefs about providing care and success as an enterprise. Participants will have the opportunity to share their tips and best practices with the class.
