Are you wobbling? Maintaining the consistency

$0.00

This interactive session will cover strategies for sustaining a consistent brand.

Full Description

This interactive session will cover strategies for sustaining a consistent brand, patient experience and standards for care and service. Each new clinic reciprocally reduces the amount of time founders and leadership can have to influence and guide new leaders and teams. This brings a greater risk of wobble: inconsistency in the patient experience and brand across clinic locations. This session will cover suggestions for developing and communicating standard operating procedures, hiring, training, and communicating across clinics to eliminate this risk and strengthen patient care and business results. Participants will have the opportunity to dialogue and share proven strategies, challenges, and successes.
