In-person Accreditation workshops are back!
These workshops underwent a hiatus due to COVID-19, but we — along with many of our quality organizations — have realized there is still a strong need for this type of in-person learning to help organizations adequately prepare for the Accreditation surveys.
When is the next workshop?
Pre 2025 Urgent Care Convention | May 2 – 3 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas
This workshop is Standards-based. Workshops are $795 per person for Organizations currently enrolled in a UCA Quality program and own the Accreditation Standards. Workshops are $1,295 per person for those who do not own the Standards. Any additional attendees from the same organization are $745 per person.
Each workshop is 1.5 days.
Do attendees receive anything in addition to attending?
Yes, in addition to attending the sessions, all attendees will receive:
I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their understanding and set their team up for success!
Attending The Q Workshop was such a great experience! It gave me the chance to connect with the CAUCQ Quality Team and other participating members, which was incredibly helpful for sharing ideas and learning from each other. The tips I picked up were practical and things I could immediately take back to my team to help us be better prepared for upcoming surveys. As a hands-on learner, the in-person workshop made a huge difference for me—I was able to fully focus without the usual work distractions and really absorb the process required by CAUCQ. Having experts right there to answer questions was invaluable. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their understanding and set their team up for success!

The UCA Accreditation Workshop was more than just a series of lectures; it was a transformative experience that fostered invaluable connections with fellow Urgent Care professionals. Engaging with others navigating the same accreditation process created a sense of community and shared purpose. We learned from one another’s challenges and triumphs, making the journey feel less daunting. The approachable leadership of UCA Quality Programs was a tremendous asset, always ready to address our questions and provide tailored guidance.
Even as a small Urgent Care center, we felt empowered and supported throughout the process. The practical tips shared during the workshop were particularly enlightening, helping us envision how to seamlessly incorporate best practices into our daily operations. From streamlined patient care protocols to efficient administrative processes, the insights gained were immediately applicable and useful in the policy writing process.
Attending the workshop significantly boosted my confidence in both the accreditation process and our center’s ability to meet these standards. The interactive nature of the workshop offered a dynamic learning experience that simply can’t be replicated by reading a manual. Engaging in discussions, sharing real-life scenarios, and collaborating with peers made the information resonate on a deeper level.
Overall, the UCA Accreditation Workshop equipped us with the knowledge, confidence, and support we needed to achieve our accreditation goals. It’s an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the Urgent Care field!
