Welcome to Jami’s bio! Jami has been with UCA for 12 years and she must say that she still finds the Urgent Care industry and UCA member stories fascinating and inspiring! One of her favorite aspects of her job is creating the benchmarking surveys and reports. Each report gives her a new respect for all of the moving parts involved in creating a successful center.

Jami lives about 25 minutes west of Chicago and has two kids, two dogs and a beat-up Jeep Wrangler, Lola. She loves spending spare time with friends, family and a nice glass of red wine. Cheers!
