  • Public Health Officials

Enter a short summary description of your content that will help the user understand if this will address their needs. This will be displayed in the quick access search view.
Enter a one paragraph detailed description of your content. It is helpful to include what problem or solution your item will address, in addition what learning objectives might be met.
List the entity that is taking credit for the content, such as UCA, CUCM, a committee, an organization, etc.
List all contributors (authors, editors, creators, etc.).
Enter original publication date. If this is new content, enter today's date.
Provide a date for content to be removed from public access. We recommend 3 years.
Enter the value in hours and minutes or in pages.
List 1-5 unique keywords or phrases. Use a comma to separate. These unique identifiers will be used to increase searchability.
