Commission on Diversity

Over the next several years, the Commission will lead efforts to collect data on the industry, create industry benchmarking reports and assess how we can better serve communities of color experiencing healthcare disparities.  UCA will lead efforts to develop new innovative business models, standards and resources so Urgent Care centers can better address the needs of their patients.  In addition, we will examine how UCA leadership can support these efforts through the creation of education, resources and increased participation of underrepresented groups.
