A Policy and Procedure Manual is a reflection of your culture and sets staff expectations within your organization. Therefore, you should not simply copy policies and procedures from another organization and adopt them as your own. You can, however, take sample policies and build upon them. For this reason, UCA has compiled these policies and procedures from Urgent Care centers that have successfully achieved the UCA accreditation designation.
