Cancellation Policy

for Live Virtual Events 

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy 

Urgent Care Association will fully refund virtual program registrations fees with notifications submitted to learning@urgentcareassociation.org within 5 business days before the program. Requests made in less than 5 business days prior to the virtual program will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time.  

 

Virtual Program Cancellation or Postponement 

Urgent Care Association reserves the right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel virtual programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather or other “Acts of God.”

Review Process

At the Urgent Care Association (UCA), we believe that maintaining up-to-date educational content is essential for the growth and effectiveness of those working in urgent care.

We are committed to ensuring our resources remain accurate, relevant, and helpful to clinicians and operators in Urgent Care. 

Review Timeline 

All content is reviewed on a regular twelve to twenty-four month cycle. This ensures that we continuously provide the latest information to our audiences. 

Evaluation by Experts 

We partner with clinical and operational specialists to review each piece of content. These subject matter experts evaluate content using a standardized rubric designed to assess relevance, accuracy, and applicability to the urgent care environment. This process guarantees that our educational materials align with the most current evidence-based best practices. We use this rubric to refine and enhance our content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of urgent care professionals.
