The College of Urgent Care Medicine has formed a new special interest group (SIG) for NPs and PAs practicing Urgent Care Medicine. The purpose of the group is to connect NP and PA clinicians in Urgent Care medicine by creating a community to address topics unique to its members, while amplifying their voice and contributions to patient care and organization success.
This week marks the College of Recent Care Medicine’s 15 year anniversary. The organization was founded on 10/5/2010 with the mission of advancing the practice of Urgent Care medicine. A decade and a half later, CUCM continues to develop essential education for Urgent Care medicine, as well as advocate for those practicing in our centers.
Urgent Updates are curated highlights of guidelines, reviewed by (and some directly coming from) Urgent Care clinicians. These highlights represent the actual intent of these articles and how they relate to the practice of Urgent Care medicine.
