Solutions.Webinar | Navigating HIPAA Compliance for Urgent Care Digital Marketing- Sponsored by Ours Privacy

Thursday, April 16 | 11:00 a.m. CT

HIPAA compliance doesn’t have to mean flying blind on digital marketing. In this session, we’ll unpack the current privacy landscape for urgent care marketers, including anonymized, aggregated compliance scan results of UCA members websites, and show how a privacy-first approach can strengthen your marketing performance.

Learning Objectives:

  • Get an exclusive look at anonymized, aggregated compliance scan results from UCA members websites and see which tools and tracking technologies are creating risk across the industry.
  • Understand what can qualify as PHI in a digital marketing context, such as IP addresses combined with appointment or treatment page titles
  • Walk away with a practical HIPAA-compliant marketing checklist covering your digital marketing stack including advertising, CRM, consent management, and automations.
  • Learn the tradeoffs between different privacy solutions for digital marketing, including sGTM and a healthcare-specific CDP, so you can make an informed decision for your organization.
  • See how privacy-first marketing can improve ad performance and attribution, not limit it, with real examples of what can be achieved when compliance and measurement work together.
