The talk will include everything from basic bone and joint x-ray interpretation to advanced topics of radiology such as imaging artifacts and what advanced imaging studies may be performed and when to order them. The goal is to help the Urgent Care Clinician to understand what to look for on x-rays and when x-rays may not be sufficient, i.e., when more advance imaging studies are needed. Dr. Luchs will also discuss common misses on extremity x-rays and subtle findings that reflect significant internal derangement. This will include both adult and pediatric imaging.
