Patient Experience Series

Call for Content Description: Review key aspects of the Urgent Care patient experience, from check-in to follow-up. Topics can include wait time management, effective communication, service recovery, and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Suggested Delivery Format: Video or Audio Series

Suggested Length of Content: 4-5 episode video or podcast series 5-10 minutes in length per episode

$75 Compensation

Security Protocols

Call for Content Description: Security protocols for Urgent Care centers, covering topics such as data protection, patient privacy, staff safety, and emergency preparedness.

Suggested Length of Content: 1-2 Pages or 10-15 minute video

Pediatric Costumer Service

Call for Content Description: How to deliver excellent customer service in a pediatric Urgent Care. Information to include communication strategies, calming anxious children and parents, and creating a kid-friendly environment

Suggested Length of Content: 1-2 pages or 15-20 minute audio/video

Interested in an opportunity above? Here are the details.

  1. Make sure you have applied and been approved for the content creator program.
  2. All the committed content must be submitted to learning@urgentcareassociation.org within 2 weeks of content commitment submission. If content is not submitted within this timeframe you must re-submit a commitment to deliver the content.
  3. If you are submitting a content commitment a W-9, ACH authorization and a content release form are required.
  4. If your content is CME eligible, a financial disclosure form is required.
  5. Your W-9 and ACH forms must be received within 30 days of content publishing. If they are not received payment will be donated to the College of Urgent Care Medicine (CUCM)
