Currently serving as Head of Sales at Hello Patient, Sarah helps urgent care and healthcare practices harness the power of AI-driven patient engagement to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.

Sarah’s journey in healthcare — from her early roles at Forest Pharmaceuticals and Medline Industries to her current work in health tech — has given her a ground-level understanding of the challenges facing care providers today. For the past seven years, she has worked closely with urgent care groups across the country, building deep relationships with operators and gaining firsthand insight into the evolving needs of the industry. That experience fuels her commitment to advocating for solutions and partnerships that make a real difference at the practice level.

In addition to her UCA board role, Sarah serves on the NERUCA Board, where she chairs the Strategic Vendor Committee. She is deeply passionate about fostering meaningful vendor partnerships that equip urgent care operators with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
