More than a meeting, it is a working summit designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and action. This invitation-only gathering brings together clinical leaders, executives, strategists, and advocacy voices to tackle the most pressing opportunities and challenges facing Urgent Care today, from operational excellence to policy influence and industry advancement.
Why the Assembly Matters
“Here’s the core truth: Urgent Care has become essential, yet it is still under‑recognized, under‑resourced, and often misunderstood. UCA is the mechanism that is closing that gap through education.”

The Clinical Advisory Group(CAG) identified and launched three, two year key initiatives to advance the specialty of Urgent Care medicine. The group established new subcommittees focused on
bringing together clinical leaders from across the industry to address emerging challenges and opportunities. These efforts laid the foundation for ongoing work to improve clinician well-being, promote evidence-based quality measures, enhance operational sustainability, and strengthen the delivery of high-quality Urgent Care services nationwide.
