2026 Urgent Care Convention - Speaker and Contributor Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Urgent Care Association (UCA) and the Speaker or Contributor.

Honoraria and Discounts

All speakers and presenters are required to register (as attendees or exhibitors)

Main Speakers receive:

  • complimentary registration ($1900 value)
  • $350 honoraria for each session
  • eligible for speaker prep CME

Co-Speakers and Procedure Instructors receive:

  • $500 discount on registration

Board Member (UCA/CUCM/UCCOP) Speakers receive:

  • complimentary registration
  • $125 honoraria for each session

Moderators/Facilitators/Panelists receive:

  • $250 discount on registration

UC Cafe Table Hosts receive:

  • $50 honoraria for each session

Vendors

  • Are not eligible for honoraria and other registration discounts.
  • If you are an exhibiting vendor you do not need to pay additional registration fees.

For all presenters there is no reimbursement for any travel and/or hotel expense incurred by speakers.

Honoraria is based on contribution and will be determined at the completion of the event.

All honoraria payments will be processed via ACH (electronic funds transfer) within 30 days after the completion of the event.

Payment is dependent upon the receipt of a completed W-9 and a Direct Deposit Authorization form. In the event the forms are not received by April 14, 2026, we will consider your honoraria waived and no payment will be processed.

Donations to UCF are tax teductible. Donations to CUCM are not tax deductible.
