Task 1 – Due by January 31, 2026

The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) requires people who control the educational content of accredited CME activities to disclose financial relationships with ineligible companies. The purpose of this is to prevent conflicts of interest that could arise when individuals have the opportunity to influence CME content about the products or services of an ineligible company. 

Task 2 – Due by February 28, 2026

Pick a date and register for our Speaker Webinar. Urgent Care is a powerhouse of impact—and your presentation is part of that story.

Our Speaker Webinar is your chance to:

  • Meet other speakers who share your passion
  • Gain practical guidance to make your session shine
  • Ensure your content reflects this year’s theme: Amplify

 

This webinar is required, but we promise it will be engaging, collaborative, and designed to help you succeed.

 

Task 3 – Develop your presentation and/or poster

Click to Open and then “Save As” with your LAST NAME-SESSION TITLE. The template will open as a .potx file, but when you “Save As” the type will automatically change to a .pptx.

Developing your content and presentation:

Developing your poster, each posters should include the following sections:

  • Introduction/Background
  • Abstract/Summary
  • Method/Procedure
  • Data/Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion/Take-Home Points

All presenters and contributors are required to register. Discounts can be applied during the check out process.

Task 6 – All Presentations Are Finalized By April 3, 2026

Posters

Printing and shipping is the responsibility of the main poster presenter. 

  • Posters should be printed on thick poster paper.
  • The maximum size of a poster is 4′ x 5′. 
  • A display board with pins is made available to each poster presenter. 

Task 7 – Practice Presentation Delivery

 

Expand your reach! Record your practice presentation and upload for attendees.

Task 8 – Present at the Convention April 11-14, 2026

  • Double check the agenda and note your session(s) room location and time!
  • Report to your session room 15 minutes prior to your session.

Task 9 – Post Convention

  • Claim your CME – For those that delivered clinical content, the preparation and delivery of your presentation is eligible for CME. 
  • Provide your Feedback – We not only value the content and expertise you bring, we value your input to make the process as efficient as possible.
  • Attendee feedback will be distributed to speakers within 3 weeks after the event.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Urgent Care Association. The Urgent Care Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

Designation Statement

The Urgent Care Association designates this speaker preparation activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM per 1 hour of presentation delivery. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
