CALL FOR PROPOSALS

and Posters!

Help shape what comes next for Urgent Care.

An Invitation to Contribute

UCA Convergence is the annual gathering where the Urgent Care industry and field come together to shape the future, understand the market, build stronger organizations, advance clinical excellence, and form relationships that move Urgent Care forward.

We invite clinicians, operators, executives, researchers, educators, innovators, advocates, and industry partners to propose practical, credible, and engaging contributions. Proposals are open to all. UCA membership is not required to submit.

Important Dates

Proposal period: September 15 through November 15, 2026  |  Final decisions issued by December 15, 2026  |  UCA Convergence 2027: May 1-4, 2027, Hilton West Palm, Palm Beach, Florida

What We Are Looking For

The strongest proposals begin with an important problem, decision, skill, or opportunity and are designed around what attendees will be able to understand, decide, do, or improve afterward.

  • Timely content with clear relevance to Urgent Care.
  • Evidence, data, outcomes, research, or credible experience supporting the contribution.
  • Real-world application, including lessons learned, successes, failures, tools, cases, or working examples.
  • A format that fits the intended outcome and actively uses the time available.
  • A clearly defined audience and level of complexity.
  • Multiple perspectives when a topic benefits from clinical, operational, strategic, policy, or partner viewpoints.
  • Educational integrity. Content must be free of overt or covert promotion.

  • Owners, executives, operators, and practice administrators
  • Researchers, educators, and quality leaders
  • Advocacy, policy, reimbursement, and workforce experts
  • Emerging and experienced leaders

Industry partners are welcome.

Proposals from vendors and industry partners will be reviewed using the same standards for relevance, evidence, practical value, engagement, and commercial integrity. Product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposals designed primarily to promote an organization, service, or product will not be accepted as education.
