Stephanie Bond – Practice Director at Intermountain Health/SCL

Stephanie Bond is a Practice Director with Intermountain Healthcare, formally SCL Health, on the Montana Medical Group Senior Leader team. Her scope includes Walk In Clinic/Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Behavioral Health, Transitional Care and Student Health for a local college. Stephanie has 25 years of healthcare experience, including both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a mostly small urban and rural setting. She has participated in care across the continuum in nursing homes, acute care including Emergency Room, ambulatory care, clinical informatics, LEAN Performance Improvement and project management. She has also served as a Quality/Risk/Safety leader. This experience led her to engage and focus on quality and growth for Walk In Clinics in the Montana Market for SCL Health. In addition to her commitment to healthcare, she is also dedicated to the community in which she lives and serves. She has been a Vice President of the board to Hope 2 One Life for 10 years with a focus on bringing health through water and sustainability efforts in the war-torn Northern Uganda region. She is actively engaged in the National Exchange Club with a commitment to serving veterans and the prevention of child abuse. She often takes the opportunity to volunteer wherever a need and an adventure would lead her. In February 2024 that adventure lead to Las Vegas to join the Super Bowl Host Committee in welcoming Super Bowl LVIII to town.

Stephanie is a Master Project Manager currently working on her master’s in healthcare administration with a planned graduation date in November 2024. She recently celebrated the honor of being named a Top Healthcare Professional by Marquis Who’s Who. Stephanie looks forward to an opportunity to serve the UCA and its members by connecting and advocating for members, leaders and practices of all sizes in all markets.
