Dr. Cesar Mora Jaramillo earned his Medical Doctorate degree from The Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. He completed his Family and Community Medicine Residency at the University of Arizona Medical Center and has been practicing Urgent Care for over 10 years. Dr Jaramillo is the Medical Director of Express Health Care, the Urgent Care Department at Blackstone Valley Community Health Center – a Federal Qualify Health Center in Rhode Island. He has been involved with the CUCM since his residency and has served on many committees and initiatives throughout the years. Dr Jaramillo assisted as Director of Content and Clinical Advisor for a non-profit organization that communicated crucial information with the vulnerable populations in Ecuador. In addition, he completed a Fellowship in Community Health Policy at George Washington University, serves on the Rhode Island Medicaid Clinical Advisory Committee, and joined Brown University as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Outside of medicine, he enjoys running long distances, reading, traveling, and hiking with the two “four-legged family members.”
