2024 Antibiotic Stewardship Sponsorship

Urgent Care providers make clinical prescribing decisions for over 210 million patients each year. They also treat a higher percentage of patients with conditions that may lead to antibiotics. The proper education, training and resources are important to support the appropriate prescribing of antibiotics.

The Urgent Care Association, along with the College of Urgent Care Medicine (CUCM) and Urgent Care Foundation (UCF), are committed to Antibiotic Stewardship in Urgent Care.

Join UCA’s longitudinal Antibiotic Stewardship (ABS) Initiative to ensure we play our part in supporting providers and operators in addressing ABS.  Through fostering a culture of quality; developing guidance and resources to create and strengthen stewardship programs; and leading collaboration across Urgent Care stakeholders.
