Katie Bozarth is a retired Air Force veteran with 20 years of active-duty service from 1992-2012. She then explored the world of Whole Foods Market before embarking on her journey into Urgent Care in 2015. Katie joined UCA as the Quality Programs Manager in 2020. Her professional passion is creating opportunities for excellence in the Urgent Care community and building relationships with the organizations involved in Quality Programs.

Katie has a degree in Hospitality, Fitness, & Recreation Management. She stays active with a variety of fitness & outdoor activities, traveling, and ecstatic dancing. Her favorite book is Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

Katie believes that small acts can make a great impact, and enjoys The Starfish Story because it perfectly illustrates this concept.
