Honoraria Terms

• Main Speakers receive complimentary registration plus $350 for 45 minutes of contribution, or $700 for 90 minutes of contribution, or $1,050 for 135+ minutes of contribution.
• UCA/CUCM Board Member Speakers receive complimentary registration for the first 45 minutes of contribution, and then $250 for 90 minutes of contribution or $500 for 135+ minutes of contribution.
• Co-Speakers/Moderators/Facilitators/Panelists/Procedure Instructors receive $250 for 45 minutes of contribution, or $500 for 90 minutes of contribution, or $750 for 135+ minutes of contribution (does not include complimentary registration).
• The main poster contributor/presenter receives complimentary registration plus $250.

Exceptions: Vendor Speakers receive complimentary registration only.

Honoraria is based on contribution and will be determined at the completion of the event.

All honoraria payments will be processed via ACH (electronic funds transfer) within 30 days after the completion of the event.

Payment is dependent upon the receipt of a completed W-9 and a Direct Deposit Authorization form. In the event the forms are not received by May 4, 2025, no payment will be processed.

Consulting Discount

You will receive a 50% discount on convention registration in exchange for donating your time and expertise by committing to lead 10 or more 30 minute sessions.
