The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) requires people who control the educational content of accredited CE activities to disclose financial relationships with ineligible companies. The purpose of this is to prevent conflicts of interest that could arise when individuals have the opportunity to influence CME content about the products or services of an ineligible company.

All session rooms will have the following equipment available: projection screen, podium with presentation laptop, advancer, lapel mic, stage, wireless mic for attendee questions, chairs for attendees.
Posters and self-guided presentations will be located in the lobby area.

Non-clinical posters should be organized into understandable sections to facilitate attendee engagement and understanding.
Presentations must be submitted between April 7 to April 12. Presentations not submitted on time are subject to session cancellation.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Urgent Care Association. The Urgent Care Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Review Process
Every poster is reviewed by the UCA learning team. The team will insert comments into your presentation for Required Changes or for Recommended Changes.
An email will be sent to you to review comments. If any changes are made, upload a new PDF named V2.

Accreditation

Designation Statement
The Urgent Care Association designates this speaker preparation activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM per 1 hour of presentation delivery. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
