Honoraria Terms

• Main Speakers receive complimentary registration plus $350 for 45 minutes of contribution, or $700 for 90 minutes of contribution, or $1050 for 135+ minutes of contribution. Speakers may choose $1000 in lieu of complimentary registration.
• Co-Speakers/Facilitators/Panelists receive $350 for 45 minutes of contribution, or $700 for 90 minutes of contribution, or $1050 for 135+ minutes of contribution (does not include complimentary registration).
• UCA/CUCM Board Member Speakers receive complimentary registration plus $150 for 45 minutes of contribution, or $300 for 90 minutes of contribution or $450 for 135+ minutes of contribution.
• Poster presenters receive complimentary registration plus $250.

Exceptions: Vendor Speakers receive complimentary registration only.

Honoraria is based on contribution and will be determined at the completion of the event.

All honoraria payments will be processed via ACH (electronic funds transfer) within 30 days after the completion of the event.

Payment is dependent upon the receipt of a completed W-9 and a Direct Deposit Authorization form. In the event the forms are not received by May 1, 2024, payment will be donated to the College of Urgent Care Medicine.

Consulting Honoraria

For committing to donate your time and expertise, registration discounts are as follows:

• 25% discount for committing to 5 sessions.
• 50% discount for committing to 8 sessions.
• 75% discount for committing to 11 sessions.
• 100% discount for committing to 14 sessions.

Note: Registration discount code will be sent after an application has been accepted and an agreement has been signed.
