Envision Your Time to Recharge

The 2024 Urgent Care Convention is less than a month away, and we can’t wait for you to see what the UCA team has been working on since last April. We invite Urgent Care professionals, industry leaders and experts from around the world to experience the most robust educational and networking event in Urgent Care April 13-17 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas.

As you know by now, this year’s theme is Recharge, and it will come to life through a well-rounded experience for the mind and body that includes plenty of breathing room for time to reflect and absorb. With hands-on sessions, engaging lectures, energetic keynote speakers, panel discussions and self-guided learning, there is something for everyone. Attendees can expect an enriching experience that includes wellness sessions, more unscheduled time to network, more dedicated time to explore the Solutions.Expo and education for their specific needs.

Kick off your experience on Sunday, April 14, by having breakfast while tuning into the welcome from UCA Chief Executive Officer, Lou Ellen Horwitz and UCA President, Payman Arabzadeh, MD, MBA. Then find your way into one of the various classrooms covering topics such as:

  1. Antibiotic Resistance on a Personal Patient Level

  2. Bugs and Drugs: Pediatric Antimicrobial Stewardship

  3. Urgent Care Payment Reform

  4. Team Building Techniques

  5. Smart Documentation and the Mystery of Lawsuits

In between classes, you can stop into the Expo Hall to catch up with vendors you’ve been meaning to connect with, learn about new solutions or simply chill in one of our six themed lounges to:

  1. Recharge

  2. Relax

  3. Energize

  4. Play

  5. Connect

  6. Hydrate

Visit the Quality Programs Center to:

  1. Learn more about Accreditation, Certification and what sets UCA apart from all the rest.

  2. Find answers to your questions prior to the survey.

  3. Test your knowledge with our Interactive Wall Quiz, name the Quality Programs Koala and spin the Prize Wheel.

And with over 80 sessions, including…

  1. Humor and Humanity in Healthcare, from Will Flanary, MD (aka Dr. Glaucomflecken)

  2. AMA and Urgent Care, from Lisa Bohman Egbert, MD (AMA House of Delegates Speaker)
