Content Submission Form

Prior to submitting content:

  • Review the guidelines below.
  • Have content, links, marketing images, and content information ready to upload. 

Note: This form is not for Call for Speaker Submissions. 

If you know the name of your UCA contact, list it here.
This will be the main point of contact responsible for questions regarding the content submission.
Choose all that apply.
Enter a one paragraph detailed description of your content. This will be displayed on the content landing page.
Enter a short summary description of your content. This will be displayed in the quick access search view.
List the entity that is taking credit for the content, such as UCA, CUCM, a committee, an organization, etc.
List all contributors (authors, editors, creators, etc.).
Enter original publication date. If this is new content, enter today's date.
Provide a date for content to be removed from public access. We recommend 3 years.
Enter the value in hours and minutes or in pages.
List 1-5 unique keywords or phrases. Use a comma to separate. These unique identifiers will be used to increase searchability.
All videos must be hosted on a video platform and the hyperlink provided.
